This is a Ka-bar #2822 lock blade knife new in the original box from the days when Cole Consumer Products, Inc out of Cleveland, Ohio.
It has a beautiful abalone pearl handle and nickle silver bolsters and brass liners.
This knife is new and the blade has never been sharpened and does have the factory edge.
The knife is in excellent new condition, and comes with the original box and paperwork.
The box does show wear from moving around and storage. It may not be a gift-able box but it is in excellent vintage condition.
This new Ka-bar knife would be a great addition to your collection, or as a gift for a knife collector.
