Refund and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your item(s), a 20% restocking fee for any cleaning, etc. will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when purchased. It must also be in the original shipping label or a copy of the purchase receipt.

To complete your return, we will need proof of purchase from NostalgiaKnives.com.
Please do not send your purchase back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be denied on arrival.

Refunds
Refunds can only be given for the purchased item. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund status, and amount.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges
We can only replace items that are damaged in shipment if same item is available. Otherwise a shop credit or refund will be offered.

Shipping returns
To return your product, contact us with your order ID and email address used during purchase.
We will follow up and provide a Return Auth. # to help identify your package upon receipt.
You should send approved returns to our return address shown on the packing slip, and noted below;

Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning any item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a purchase, any costs associated with the handling  of a returned item will be deducted from the refund amount

Depending on where you live, shipping can take 3 – 10 days to receive your order. Exchanged items are not shipped until the returned item is received by an NK associate.
If you are returning items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
